Distance M FAQ

Please be noted that Free Trial of Distance M is 2 weeks.
If your free trial is over, please purchase a commercial license for full usage.
If you purchased your license already, please check your ID and send us invoice number to support@netpas.net

Free trial users can get 20 times of Get Distance with 20 ports per a day for 2 weeks.

You need to verify your mobile phone. Please sign in Netpas Website and go to ‘My Account’. You can request verification at ‘Personal Information Page’.

Please be noted that one Distance M license permits only one device.
If you want to use with additional device, you need to purchase additional license.
If you want to switch device, you need to wait 24 hours.

Yes, it is available with all Android and iOS device. In case of Android we only support more than API level 14.

First of all, you need to create your own Netpas ID to use entire service.
1) Please sign up and create your Netpas ID. (Sign up : https://netpas.net/auth/loginAndCreateId)
2) When signing up, you can request 2 weeks free trial by checking "Request Distance M Trial" box at bottom.
3) You will receive email for verifying email address and mobile phone. Please verify them.
4) Download app from Apple store or Google Play store and enjoy.

Distance M does not provides weather service but provides typhoon information.
